Q1. What is the differenc between code "0" and "7" in CKC Input Method?
A：
Code "7" represents a corner, 2 upper corners, 2 lower corners or a stroke with right-turning, such as “及”(CKC code：1704), “郡”(CKC code：1750). But for Code "0", it represents a left-falling (completed) stroke or a stroke with left-turning, such as"又”(CKC code104),“疑”(CKC code：2088). [Back to Top↑]

A：
“九九八十一（99841）”and“一九九五年（19458）”are two compatible codes for some phrases, user can add his own phrase by using the self-assigned phrase editor. [Back to Top↑]

Step by step
（1）Check Windows' input method box if you have enabled CKC input method.
（2）If you have enabled the CKC Input Method, check if you are on Chinese inputting mode.(If the Windows' input method box show an A letter, means you are in English mode, click once to toggle the status.)
（3）Right click the CKC Input Method bar to display the setting menu, check if the "mouse option" is for number pad (numeric keypad) or not.

Make sure both computers have the same CKC 2002 version, then copy the file"ZDYGBK" from computer A to computer B (replace the same file, this action will erase all record on computer B). A：
For Code "0", it represents a left-falling (completed) stroke or a stroke with left-turning, that is why "又”(CKC code104) or “疑”(CKC code：2088) use code 0. Maybe. It is because upgrade from Windows95/98 to Window2000/xp, the system will store in different folders.
We success you to remove all previous version before installation. Q24. Why CKC Input Method cannot work in Winxp Pprofessional?
A：
Maybe:
(1) If you are using numerical keypad, check the "NumLock" enable or not. If you are using normal keyboard to input Chinese, change the CKC setting to recognize "normal keyboard" as your input tool.
(2) Check if you are missing to keyin the char ending code "/" or the phrase ending code "*".

Steps:
(1) Use Self-assign phrase program, select the create new phrase file function.
(2) Input the phrase and input code there.
(3) Must 100% follow the format, each line start with the CKC code (6 digits, phrase which less than 6 digits fill with space) and one phrase only.
(4) Max. 40 chars for a phrase.
